Cutting Edge Multi-Sensory Reading Classes - Teaching Your child To Read

Fun! - Creative! - Educational! - Imaginative!

What is a Multi-Sensory Reading Programme?

Many children that struggle to read - whether they have dyslexia, or are just slow readers - have a creative learning style. They like to move, draw, make things. They like DOING. They find learning to read tricky as it is often taught in a way that is too slow or uninteresting for them. They do not pick up the reading knowledge. They do not gain the basic foundations of reading - so all further reading lessons just go floating over their heads.

A Multi-Sensory Reading programme uses these children’s LEARNING STYLE and attends to the way their brain is wired combined with a highly structured phonics programme - so that all the reading information a child needs is taught in a way that can stay in a child’s brain - whether they have dyslexia or not!

Do children have to have dyslexia to succeed with this programme?

No! All children love learning with all their senses - it is just children with a creative learning style can ONLY learn and progress well through this way of learning.

Surely 4 is too young to be teaching reading?

Many parents who have children with dyslexia look back and wish they had had a crystal ball. In this way they would have known that there child would have dyslexia in the future. Many children’s reading problems ( including dyslexia) are picked up too late. By teaching the foundations successfully at 4 years old you are giving your child the gift of succeeding at reading.
